This website is operated by Virginia Family Chiropractic & Physical Medicine ("Virginia Family Chiropractic," "we," "us," or "our"), with offices in Alexandria, Falls Church, Manassas, and Woodbridge, Virginia. References to the "Site" mean virginiafamilychiropractic.com and any related subdomains.

2. Not Medical Advice

The information on this Site - including articles, service descriptions, the neuropathy self-assessment, FAQs, and other content - is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this Site. 3. Self-Assessments and Online Tools

Self-assessment tools, including our neuropathy quiz, are educational screening aids only. They do not diagnose any condition and their results should not be interpreted as a clinical recommendation. A clinical evaluation by one of our providers - or another qualified healthcare professional - is required before any treatment plan can be developed.

4. Appointment Requests and Communications

Submitting a contact form, appointment request, or self-assessment on this Site is a request to be contacted by our team; it does not by itself confirm an appointment or guarantee acceptance as a patient. We will follow up to confirm availability, verify insurance when applicable, and complete scheduling. Please do not include sensitive medical information in free-text fields beyond what is needed to schedule.
